SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for choosing our studio. We take great care in ensuring your artwork arrives safely and promptly, no matter where you are in the world.
1. Shipping Destinations
We offer International Tracked Shipping to select countries.
- Please note: We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
- The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
2. Delivery Times & Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Estimated Delivery:
- European Union (EU): Approximately 1 week.
- International (Outside EU): Generally 12–22 days.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
3. Packaging & Insurance
To ensure safe transport, all artworks are packaged professionally:
- Method: Artworks are shipped either rolled in a strong paper tube or in flat-packed reinforced cardboard boxes.
- Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured.
- Signature Required: For insurance purposes and your peace of mind, a signature is required upon delivery.
4. Import Taxes and Duties
All shipping costs and applicable domestic taxes are included in your purchase price. However, please be aware that:
- Orders arriving in the destination country may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, and fees.
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy.
- Notification: You must contact our studio and initiate the return within 14 days of receiving the artwork.
- Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the artwork must be returned in its original condition, in its original shipping container, and including all certificates and paperwork.
- Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the artwork.
- Please email us the tracking number so we can be present to sign for the return.
- Refund: A 100% refund of the artwork value (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
- (To be eligible for a refund, the painting must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including all certificates and paperwork. I require the use of a trackable shipping service with insurance for the full value of the artwork. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Please email me the tracking number so I can be available to sign for the package.)
6. Damaged or Lost Items
In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue through our insurance provider.
7. Note
Color Accuracy
The photos on my website are an accurate match to the physical art. However, keep in mind that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Why am I not receiving emails?
If you have entered your email address correctly but are not receiving messages, please check your SPAM and JUNK folders.
How do I receive the invoice for my goods?
I will send you a digital invoice in PDF format by email. I no longer include paper versions in the packages.
