How long does delivery take?
Shipping time: Generally, it takes 12-22 days with International tracked service.
One week to the countries of the EU.
How are the artworks packaged?
Rolled paintings are carefully packed in a strong paper tube.
How do I receive the invoice for my goods?
I will send you a digital invoice in pdf format by e-mail. I no longer put the paper version into packages.
Is the delivery of the artwork insured?
Yes, absolutely! I ensures the safe transport of the artwork. You can be at ease knowing there are no hidden costs. My insurance requires a signature on your end when receiving your artwork.
Artworks are packaged securely and professionally to ensure safe transport.
I do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and I cannot recover the package.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after
payment is received.
International shipping is available to select countries. Please check the
shipping options at checkout for details.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail, which allows you to easily track your shipment and be aware of the actual day your order will arrive to your door.
All shipping costs and applicable taxes are included. Be aware that once your order arrives at the destination country, it may be subject to local import taxes and duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Customs fees and duties vary depending on the country.
In the unlikely case that our shipment does not reach you in good condition or is lost in transit, please contact me.
All photos you find on my website they definitely are a match to reality. However, keep in mind that the colour displayed on your screen may have a different hue.
Why am I not receiving emails?
If you have entered your e-mail address correctly, but you are still not getting any messages from me, first check the SPAM and JUNK folders of your inbox.
Return Policy
100% refund on artwork value (excluding shipping), for any reason within 14 days of delivery.
If you’re not delighted with your original artwork purchase, I will give you a full refund providing you contact my studio and ship the painting back within 14 days of receiving your artwork. If you notify me after 14 days, I cannot offer you a refund.
For a full refund, a painting must be returned in the same condition that you received it in, in the original shipping container, and be returned with all accompanying certificates and paperwork you received with your order. To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. I require that you use a trackable shipping service and that you purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the artwork (just as I shipped it to you). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please email me the tracking number for the return so that I can be present to receive and sign for the artwork.
